Ingredients
- 1 grated tomato
- Cherry tomato or normal tomato
- 200-250 gr purslane
- Half lemon
- salt
- Oil
Preparation
Wash the purslane without separate the root of it.
Transfer the purslane to bowl and add the grated tomato.
Cut cherry tomatoes to two piece. If you don’t have cherry tomatoes, you can also use normal tomatoes and cube these.
Then chop the onions thinly. After that put the onions and tomatoes to salad and mix all of it.
