These buildings can be divided into classes in different ways within themselves. Buildings in which all the items are controlled by a remote control, buildings in which the different instruments are connected to each other, houses managed by an invisible control unit.

- Buildings with artificial intelligence,
- Smart and environmentally friendly buildings.
